The Holiday Villa Resort is situated
in the most attractive part of Bansko Town, with
a main view towards Pirin Mountains. It is immediately
located close to the first station of the cabin
lift and at the same time, equipped with good

to the ring-road.

Villa Resort has 58 apartments with the highly

Price:
Selling of the whole project – including all apartments
‘key turn’, for the amount of ˆ 4 620 000 /four
million six hundred and twenty thousand/ Euro,
including VAT. The deal could be realized in the
following payment schedule:
- 50% - on the day of signing of the preliminary
sales agreement;
- 40% - on the day of receiving Act 16 of the
building;
- 10% - on the day of signing of the title deed
for transfer of ownership.
