PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The apartments rates start from 900 euro/sq.m. while the price of each apartment is being defined by the floor on which it is located, its view and all ordered extras.
The project will be completed within two years from the date of commencement of the construction works. The way of payment shall be effected as per the payment schedule given below:
- 30% upon signing of the preliminary sales agreement; - 40% upon completion of the buildings ( up to completed roof); - 30% upon signing of the title deed for transfer of ownership.
In case, you prefer the following way of payment:
- 50% upon signing of the preliminary sales agreement;
- 40% upon completion of the buildings ( up to completed roof); - 10% upon signing of the title deed for transfer of ownership, you will be entitled to a special discount on the rate of the respective apartment. Upon completion of the project, the outstanding payment is being effected and the Buyer receives a Notary Public certified Sales Contract, including the full transfer of ownership, the Deed of Title and all other relative documents.
The expenses due to the Notary Public for transfer of ownership and other documents, amount to 3% of the total sales price. Additional 2% of legal fees are to be paid. Thus all legal expenses usually amount to 5% of the sales price of the property. These are paid by the Buyer.
